Carole Solovei
Carole Solovei has been a founding partner of Hérès since 2011. Before founding Hérès, Carole worked for five years at Cleary Gottlieb, ranked as one of the top American law firms, in the New York and Paris offices, and then worked for four years at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre as head of the mergers and acquisitions department in Moscow. She also worked as legal counsel at Legrand (a listed company in the electrical engineering sector), where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, stock market law issues, and relations with major shareholders.
Carole develops strategies for French and international clients in the areas of joint ventures, financing, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises companies in difficulty and assists clients in corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.

He also played a key role in the successful launch of Grupo Televisa's initial public offering (IPO) on the Mexican and New York (NYSE) stock exchanges, as well as in managing relations with investors and financial institutions.
Another highlight of his career was his position as General Counsel at Teléfonos de México, at a time when the company was the largest telecommunications company in the country. During this period, Francisco Javier successfully led the company's legal defense against several attempts by the Department of Transportation and Communications and the Federal Telecommunications Commission to impose special antitrust (competition) obligations on the company.
His ability to handle complex issues and his strategic approach to foreign investment law make Javier an exceptional legal resource in the development and implementation of expansion plans and in the handling of major disputes.
